For some reason, I've been getting a lot of migraines this past week and today was the latest in what seems a dismal trend. Possibly it was the tablets or the migraine itself which were responsible for one of my odder dreams in which I dreamed that I woke up in my bed to find Natalie Maines stood in the doorway of my room, questioning me about why I was anxious then telling me quite kindly but firmly not to stress out so much about my diet.

Weird for several reasons. Mostly, because I doubt I've really given Natalie Maines any significant thought either way ever, but more because I have only once before dreamed that I woke up in what is my room in real life. And though I didn't have the sometimes reported sensation of then later being creepily unsure as to whether I was afterwards "really" awake, it definitely made the dream feel very vivid and I was conscious of my dream self talking a LOT more than it usually does.

ETA: Much more interesting anyway than my most common dream in which I am preparing to travel and have reached the airport only to then realise I've lost/ forgotten my passport. Interestingly, though this has never happened in real life, I will often think "oh no , not again" in  the dream. Almost as if I can recall the earlier dreams like they were some parallel track life being led.
Or my other dream where I'm tryng to catch a train but there are too many platforms and so I get lost and confused.

Hmnn. I have the world's dullest, mundane dreams.
